Ravina Park

  • The Ravina Park Working Group has the task of designing a new pedestrian bridge in the local Ravina Park in South Bend

    • The working group is made up of students of all grade levels

      • Seniors and juniors create the structural and environmental design

      • Underclassmen participate in fundraising and community engagement

  • Building the pedestrian bridge involves:

    • Carrying out geotechnical explorations

    • Completing a survey of the land surrounding the site of the bridge

    • Considering concept designs

    • Cleaning up the site of the bridge
